Food Allergy Safety Products and Resources

There are numerous products and resources to help make living with food allergies easier. It is amazing the excitement of finding a cupcake holder that your kids can carry with them that doesn’t mess up icing, or a comfortable “incognito” epi-belt. These resources have not only made our lives easier but the stories behind the creators have truly been the inspiration for the creation of this website. While the list is much longer below are a few of the individuals in our community whose stories and passion have inspired me.

Gina Clowes – Blogger and Author of “One Of The Gang” –  Food allergy advocate and education professional.

Linda Coss– Author of “How To Manage Your Child’s Life-Threatening Food Allergies” and two cookbooks “What’s to Eat?” and “What else is to Eat”.

Kyle Dine – Musician, Educator and Entertainer performing food allergy awareness music for all children.

Heather Frazer– Author “The Peanut Allergy Epidemic” – A look at the history of peanut allergies and what might be causing them.

Joseph Hitzemann – Founded “A & J Bakery” a “Dedicated Nut and Gluten Free Bakery” in Rhode Island.

Jenny Kales– Advocate and blogger of “The Nut-Free Mom”.

Liseetsa Mann– Bravely shares her personal story with her son and his experience with Oral Immune Therapy (OIT) to inform and help others.

Robyn O’Brien– Author “The Unhealthy Truth” – Uncovering the changes in our food system and advocating for clear transparent labeling of GMO’s.

Kelly Rodnicki – Author of two cookbooks “The Food Allergy Mama’s Easy, Fast Family Meals” and “The Food Allergy Mama’s Baking Book”.

The list goes on…. While this is a “club” I would not wish on anyone. If you have landed here, there is certainly a long list of talented individuals who are working to advocate for your child’s safety and continually coming up with products and services to make living with food allergies easier!
